Torben Rejnholdt Petersen
a danish artphotographer
I was born in Odense (DK) in 1977,a city known for the famous author HC Andersen and the national photography art museum brandts.
I am a kind of self-taught photographer. I have had several teachers and have been allowed to study at prestigious schools, I even had 6 month lessons at Tartu Art Academy. But I have never been officially admitted and therefore haven't had the opportunity to finished study. When I had gained the experience I sought, I continued with my life which I consider my true education.
In 2005 I moved to Lolland. Here I live in the edge of a small town called Koebelev located on West Lolland (Denmark)
Here I lives an alternativ life between fields and forests, just north of Nakskov river, working on the the next exhibition The rotten banana. The artphotography exhibition expected finished in 2012, and it will be time to moved on to a new location, wich still is unkown.
